CNC Department
Utilizing a fully integrated computer network and state-of-the-art machining processes, our Computer Numeric Control (CNC) department will turn your concept into a working component.
Employing with a variety of materials including aluminum, plastics, composites, and tool steels we can produce detailed parts design, secondary operations, custom one-off parts, production runs and prototypes to meet your specifications.
Capabilities:
- 3 axis machining with added 4 axis indexing with work envelopes up to 31” x 60” x 24”. (Larger sizes can be accommodated with additional setups.)
- Bar feed turning from .125” – 1.25” and larger parts with OD’s up to 20”, as well as hard turning.

Software:
- We use CAD/CAM software packages that include Solidworks, Surfcam and Autocad, which are kept up with the latest version.
- Program loading and management with our DNC software package Cimco, which is capable of data transfer to all CNCs simultaneously.
